The DS Series is used at facilities that require the most complete seal available and are not concerned with infringement into the trailer opening. These models are the most commonly used in the industry. These units can be used on doors that are (9) nine foot wide or less.

DSS

Summary of Features

The DSS model is a three sided foam compression seal and provides the best seal possible. This model should be used when the dock height and the door height combined, are (13) thirteen feet or less off of grade.

 DSH

Summary of Features

The DSH model has foam compression sides with an adjustable fabric curtain. This model should be used when the dock height and the door height combined, are higher than (13) thirteen feet off of grade.

DSA

Summary of Features

The DSA model features a manually adjustable head pad that allows positioning of the head pad along a 48" vertical track.

The DSS-WM Series is designed to move vertically with air ride suspension trailers and withstand abusive yard-jockey applications at the busiest loading docks.

Summary of Features

• Innovative two piece moveable head pad and wear pleat system that reduces abrasive wear on the face of the side pads and head pad.
• All framing is roll formed galvanized steel which reduces the amount of pressure on the building wall.
• Includes full wide head pad wear face and full length 4" exposure wear pleats made of Tufseal's exclusive TS-55 super fabric.
• All fabrics including the urethane coated base fabric are attached to the framing with TEK screws inserted through load spreading washers for superior mounting strength.
• All units also include full length guide stripes and inside bottom flaps.

The V Seal is designed with a unique "V" shaped side pad that provides "2-sided sealing". This dock seal seals the gap between trailer walls and swing out doors. The "V" seal seals on the outside surface of the swing door and on the edge of the trailer door hinge. This soft, compression foam surface conforms to the hinge gap area while providing better access to the trailer's interior.

The L Seal is designed to seal against the outside of the trailer providing full width access to the interior of the trailer. The side pads include triangular shaped foam wedges to support the "L" shape.

DSSL

Summary of Features

The DSSL model includes a foam head pad which seals the top of the trailers. This model should be used when the dock height and the door height combined, are (13) thirteen feet or less off of grade.

DSHL

Summary of Features

The DSHL model includes an adjustable head curtain for varying trailer heights. This model should be used when the dock height and the door height combined, are higher than (13) thirteen feet off of grade.

The Flex Frame dock shelter is designed to provide complete versatility, full access loading at a very low cost of ownership. The Flex Frame withstands off-center trailer abuse while protecting the building. Full width and height access is provided automatically without the use of pull rope assemblies.

The TS Series rigid frame dock shelter is designed to accommodate a wide variety of door and trailer sizes while providing full access to the trailer interior.

TS 1000

• Fiberglass stays inserted into sleeves and stay pockets are included on all curtains to insure tight sealing against the top and sides of the trailer.
• All head curtains include (4) four pleats per side and (5) five stays. All frames are roll formed, galvanized steel channel and are covered with white translucent fiberglass.

TS 900
