Other so-called waste

waste compactor machine the finished "product" is
a clean, heavy polythene bag which can be hygienically sealed with
any packaging tape.
Even if the system is
processing wet or damp waste, such as foodstuffs, there are no
spills and no sticky trails to attract dust, grime and bacteria.

Our waste compactor takes
up little more floor space than a standard wooden pallet, yet
amazingly can compact the entire contents of a waste dumpster into one
polythene waste bag. This represents a compression ration of 6:1
!
And because it is so compact, the system can be sited conveniently at
the very source of waste, such as the factory floor - no more time and
effort spent hauling refuse from factory to outside dumpsters.
Many different kinds of refuge can be processed, including wet and dry
waste, tins, glass and broken pallets.
Our waste compaction systems are
extremely powerful with its waste-crushing rotor arm minimum downward
pressure of 176 lbs. and the torque at the compactor drum face is 4408
lbs.
But even with this power, the system is safe to be used by workers
without special training. Built-in safety features include:
- emergency stop button
- mains isolator
- motor overload protection
- interlocked access doors 'fail to
safe'
- water resistance to IP 65 (hose down)

A heavy duty polythene bag is
placed inside the machine. The bag is in no danger of being pierced
or split, because before the crushing process begins a metal shield
descends into it. This shield protects the bag from damage by either
the rotor arm or the waste itself.

The
waste is crushed by the powerful rotor arm achieving a compaction ratio of
up to twice that of average bin type compactors. |

compacted bag is removed from the bottom of the system and is sealed. |
